Abstract
Masses of rural population transfer to urban in the process of urbanization and indus- trialization, so large amounts of unused rural homesteads are quite common in China. As lack of the restrictive transfer system and the exit mechanism of rural homestead, rural homestead cannot be transferred legitimately and reasonably to maximize its effectiveness, result in the tremendous waste of rural land resources. This article aims to explore how to improve the management of use right and the use efficiency of rural homestead.关键词
