茚酮化合物的合成研究
Synthesis of Indanones Derivatives
摘要
Abstract
Eight indanones derivatives were synthesized by three procedures for preparation of indanone derivatives starting from aromatic aldehydes or 1,2-dimethoxy-benzene with the Friedel-Crafts acyla-tion,Nazarov cyclization or Pinacol rearrangement as the key steps in the synthesis,and the products were characterized and confirmed by 'H NMR and 13C NMR. The protocols possess the advantages of cheap material,simple operation and high yields.关键词
