广西肝癌高发区人群外周血AFP-mRNA检测的初步研究
PRIMARY STUDY ON AFP-MRNA DETECTION OF PERIPHERAL VENOUS BLOOD IN THE POPULATION FROM A HIGH INCIDENCE AREA OF HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA IN GUANGXI

Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of AFP-mRNA detection in peripheral venous blood in the population from a hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) high incidence area in Guangxi. Methods:Peripheral venous blood samples were collected from 117 native volunteers, 30 with negetive HBsAg, 35 with positive HB-sAg and normal ALT, 29 -with positive HBsAg and abnormal ALT and 23 -with positive HBsAg and abnormal AFP elevated. The nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction -was performed to detect AFP-mRNA expression in the peripheral blood sample. Results: AFP-mRNA expression was negetive in all of the 117 volunteers. Conclusion: AFP-mRNA expression in peripheral venous blood in the population from a hepatocellular carcinoma high incidence area could not be used as a marker to detect early patient with HCC.关键词
