Abstract
The mechanic property of main bus and branch bus's welding T-joint in GIS equipment is analyzed based on a case of welding joint fracture. A model is designed to validate the welding joint's intensity under the effect of short circuit electrodynamic force. The security and rationality of welding T-joint is analyzed from metal material mechanical property and welding structure. Single groove is needful in the structure design and processing of T-jointing main bus and branch bus using welding in GIS, machining precision and assembly accuracy of line of intersection should be defined and shock load of short circuit electrodynamic force should be checked. The qualification of welding procedure is a requirement rule for main bus and branch bus's welding T-joint in GIS.关键词
