Abstract
This paper analyses the misoperation of DC filter differential current protection in Bao'an converter station according to the transient fault record. The characteristics of a DC filter and the influence of special working situations to the DC filter protection are analyzed, such as the TA characteristic etc.. Three possible methods are put forward to enhance reliability of differential protection. When these methods are utilized in DC filter protection system, the HVDC can operate better.关键词
