摘要

Abstract

Ten kinds of macroporous resins were compared for separating cordycepin from Cordyceps militaris in order to select the suitable resin, and the resin of H103 was chosen as the best one. Then the adsorption conditions and elution conditions of cordycepin by using H103 were investegated. The results showed that when pH value was 9.0, concentration of sample was 0.2 mg · mL-1 and the flow rat was 2 BV · h-1, the H103 resin had good adsorption solution capacity. As a better result, the cordycepin could be eluted from H103 resin with 40% ethanol.
