纺锤芽孢杆菌CGMCC1347发酵生产异丁香酚单加氧酶的条件优化

Abstract
Fementaition conditions for Bacillus fusiformis CGMCC1347 producing isoeugenol monooxygenase were optimized through single and orthogonal experiments. The suitable fermentation conditions were determined as follows: 2.49 g/L vanillin was obtained from 20 g/L isoeugenol with the cells cultured at initial pH 7.5, 37 ℃, 180 r/min for 16 h in the fermentation culture containing urea 1 g/L, K2HP04 2 g/L, com steep liquid 55 g/L, and MgS04 · 7H2O 1 g/ L. Under the optimized conditions, the isoeugnol monooxygenase activity reached 3.79 U/L.关键词
