摘要

Abstract

Single-edge high-speed cutting rigid hinge processing is auto-oriented and of low surface roughness. The elastic and plastic theories were employed to study the force acting on the guide block and the compression effect on the pore wall. The single rigid blade reamer works at two different states. The extrusion conditions of the reamer was analyzed. It was concluded that in order to obtain good surface quality, the ream must be processed in extrusion reaming state. The corresponding cutting parameters, cutting force and surface roughness were determined.
