Abstract
In precision manufacturing system, the stability of operator's action greatly affects the product quality and efficiency. But the on-line monitoring the stability is not an easy job. The degree of fatigue can be analyzed based on the strong correlation between heart rate and fatigue. The physiological status and heart rate of operators were tested at different stages of fatigue in the production process. The correlation analysis and single factor regression analysis were used to study the relationship between the fatigue and action stability of operators. Based on this method, the manufacturing enterprises can build a suitable human-machine system. The polar heart-rate tester was used to indicate the degree of fatigue, and to predict the action stability, as the result, the schedules of operators can be reasonably arranged to improve the operators' work quality, to avoid overloading the operators work.关键词
