大豆苹果酸脱氢酶基因的电子克隆与生物信息学分析
In Silico Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of GmMDH1 Gene in Soybean( Glycine max.L)
摘要
Abstract
To obtain more plant high phosphorus-efficiency related genes, one plant high P-efficiency gene, named malate dehydrogenase gene(MDH) ,was isolated from soybean by using the in silico cloning technique. And the protein of this gene was also predicted and studied through the bioinformatics analysis method. The results showed that the cDNA length of soybean malate dehydrogenase gene GmMDHl was 1 574 bp, which included a 1 230 bp open reading frame ( ORF) and encoded 409 amino acids residue. The encoding protein of GmMDHl possessed NAD binding site, dimerization interface, substrate binding site,MDH_ gryoxysomal_mitochondrial, LDH_ MDH _like super-family domains and was predicted to locate in cell chloroplast.关键词
