Abstract
To study the potential relationships among the four genes associated with intake, recombinant method was used to build a Melanocortin receptor-4 (MC4R) gene eukaryotic expression vector. The expression vector was transfected into fibroblasts by liposome method. Transient transfection after 24 h, Real-time PCR method was used to detect and analyze Leptin,MC3R and CCKAR mRNA expression changes. The results showed that, in fibroblasts, overexpression of MC4R gene, Leptin, MC3R and CCKAR mRNA levels were not significantly changed. Presumed that although these four genes are all involved in the regulation of animal feed intake, but they are likely to be regulated by a different pathway.关键词
