Synthesis of Isopropyl 2-chloropropionate
以固体超强酸树脂为催化剂合成2-氯丙酸异丙酯,研究了催化剂的用量、反应起始原料物质的量比、反应时间、带水剂种类及用量对酯化反应的影响,确定了合成2-氯丙酸异丙酯的最佳反应条件为:n(异丙醇)∶n(环己烷)∶n(催化剂)∶n(2-氯丙酸)=5∶6.5∶0.3∶1,反应时间为2h,在此条件下,2-氯丙酸异丙酯的收率可达到95%,纯度达到99%以上。
To synthesize isopropyl 2-chloropropionate with super acid resin as catalyst,and study the influences of catalyst dosage,raw material ratio,reaction time water-carrying agent varieties and dosage.The total yield was 95% and purity of the title compound was above 99% under the optimum conditions that included n(2-propanol)∶n(cyclohexane)∶n(catalyst)∶n(2-chloropropionic acid)=5∶6.5∶0.3∶1,and reaction time was 2 h.
