摘要

Abstract

To separate the oil from the oily sludge by mechanical oscillations and the acoustic cavitation of ultrasonic,dissolve into the water.Then to separate the oil from the wastewater using demulsification of microwave.The separation of oil,sludge and water were realized.Through the analysis of the mechanism of ultrasonic and microwave,and comparing with the traditional treatment process,to discover the technology has the advantages of short treatment time,good effect,equipment covering a small area,flexible use,the function of sterilization,little change of the external temperature influence and little second pollution for the surrounding environment.The process can be applied to handle oily sludge in northern cold region in China.
