Abstract
To reseach the phenol reagent method for determining formaldehyde in aquatic products.In order to improve the accuracy of the measurement method,to select the optimal determination wavelength,the concentration of hydrochloric acid,optimize the amount of ammonium sulfate,the color reaction time and the color reaction temperature.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the concentration of formaldehyde was linear with the absorbance over the range from 0.1~2.0 μg/mL with the detection limit of 0.015 μg/mL(r=0.999 5).The presented method of determining formaldehyde exhibited high sensitivity and accuracy.关键词
