河南汉族动脉硬化性脑梗死人群血小板膜糖蛋白Iba基因VNTR多态性检测
VNTR polymorphisms of platelet membrane glycoprotein Iba gene in Henan Han population with atherothrombotic brain infarction

Abstract
Aim;To explore the associations between platelet membrane glycoprotein Iba ( GPIba) VNTR polymorphisms and atherothrombotic brain infarction (ABI) in Henan Han population. Methods:The GPIba VNTR polymorphisms were detected in 434 cases of ABI (patient group) and 500 healthy subjects (control group) of Henan Han population using PCR. Results: In Henan Han population , the frequencies of CD (44. 5 % ) and BC (2. 3 % ) genotypes of GPIba VNTR of ABI group were significantly higher than those of the control group (37.0% and 0.4%) ;[χ2 =5.381 and 6.642 ,P < 0.05 ;OR(95%CI) = 1.364(1.049 ~ 1.773 )and 5.873 (1.280 -26.950) ] ;the frequency of DD genotype of ABI group (13.1% ) was significantly lower than that of the control group (20.2% )[χ2 =8.254,P =0.004;0R(95%Ci) =0.597(0.419-0.851) ]. Conclusion; BC and CD genotypes may be the ABI' s risk factors, while DD genotype may be the protective factor in Henan Han population.关键词
