Expressions of EphA2,EphrinA1 and E-cadherin in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue of rats
目的:检测大鼠口腔鳞状细胞癌发生及演变组织中EphA2、EphrinA1和E-cadherin的表达.方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测大鼠腭部的7例正常黏膜、14例上皮单纯性增生黏膜、6例上皮轻度异常增生黏膜、10例上皮中度异常增生黏膜、19例上皮重度异常增生黏膜和14例口腔鳞状细胞癌黏膜组织中EphA2、EphrinA1和E-cadherin的表达.结果:随正常黏膜到口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生演变,EphA2和EphrinA1的表达呈升高的趋势,E-ca…查看全部>>
Aim;To detect the expressions of EphA2,EphrinAl and E-cadherin in the carcinogenesis and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma ( OSCC) of rats.
