摘要
Abstract
Aim;To investigate the expressions of F-box/WD repeat-containing protein 7(FBXW7) and Cyclin E in gastric carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to examine the expressions of FBXW 7 and Cyclin E proteins in 75 cases of gastric carcinoma and 25 cases of para-carcinoma normal tissues. ReSUltS;The positive expression rates of FBXW7 and Cyclin E proteins in gastric carcinoma and para -carcinoma normal tissues had significant differences (χ2 =10. 606 and 7. 692 ,P = 0. 001 and 0. 006) ,and the expression of FBXW7 in carcinoma tissue was significantly relat -ed with the differentiation degree ( χ2 = 7.440 ,P =0. 006) ,lymphatic metastasis ( X2 = 4. 688 ,P =0.030) and the clinical stage(x = 4.601 ,P =0.032). The expression of Cyclin E was significantly related with invasion depth (χ2 = 4.902,P = 0. 027) , lymphatic metastasis (χ2 = 4. 601, P = 0. 032) and clinical stage (χ2 = 4. 408 , P = 0. 036). The expression of FBXW7 was negatively associated with that of Cyclin E ( rP = - 0. 459 , P < 0. 001 ) in gastric carcinoma tissue. ConclU-Sion: FBXW7 and Cyclin E may play important roles in the development of gastric carcinoma .关键词
