Abstract
Aim:To explore the significance of detection of microvascular density (MVD) labelled by CD13 and CD34 in cervical cancer. Methods:A total of 60 cases of cervical cancer specimens were selected to detect MVD labelled by CD 13 or CD34 using immunohistochemical SP method. Among the 60 cases ,45 cases were squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and 15 cases were adenocarcinoma , 32 cases were in FIGO I stage and 28 cases were in Ⅱ stage, and 19 cases were with pelvic lymph node metastasis. ReSUltS;MVD marked by CD13 of cases in Ⅱ stage,or with pelvic lymph node metastasis ,or with adenocarcinoma was higher than that of cases in I stage, or without metastasis , or with SCC (t = 5. 673 ,11. 541, and 3. 041, P < 0. 05) ; while MVD marked by CD34 had no differences between I and Ⅱ stage cases , and between cases with or without metastasis , SCC and adenocarcinoma (t = 1. 791,1. 108, and 1. 304,P >0. 05 ). Conclusion: MVD marked by CD13 may provide more valuable information for cervical cancer prognosis .关键词
