痔上黏膜环切术治疗脱垂性痔病的临床研究
Clinical Research of TST in the Treatment of Prolapsed Hemorrhoids
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To study the clinical effect of TST and traditional external dissection and internal ligation in the treatment of circu-larity mixed heraorrhoid. Methods:80 patients with circularity mixed hemorrhoid during the June 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group ( TST) and the control group ( external dissection and internal ligalion). Observe the general sit-uation and complications of the two groups during the intraoperative and afteroperation. Results:The operation time and perioperative bleeding of treatment group were significantly less than the control group. The length of stay in the treatment group is significantly shor-ter( P < 0.05 ). The pain index, urinary retention, anus swelling and hematochezia birth rate in treatment group are less than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The operation effective power and total cost in treatment group has no statistically significant compared the control group( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion; TST treatment has a significant advantage and worth of clinic application compared the traditional method.关键词
