快速测定不同市售补骨脂药材中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量
Determination of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Psoralea Corylifolia from Different Commercially Available
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a simple,rapid detective method of psoralen and isopsoralen in Malaytea Scurfpea, and determinate their contents in different commercial Malaytea Scurfpea. Methods;C18 ODS column (1.8 μm,4.6 mm×50 mm) was adopt,the mo-bile phase was composed of acetonilnle and water (35 : 65) at flow rate of 0.5 mL/min, detective wavelength was 246 ran. Results; Psoralen and Isopsoralen was well separated in 5 min. The two kinds of compounds was well linear correlated within corresponding concentration range,r >0.9997 ;RSD≤2.5 % ;average recovery >98%. Conclusion;The method significantly saved analysis time and sol-vent, and provided a simple,fast means for determination of psoralen and isopsoralen.关键词
