补骨脂高效液相色谱法指纹图谱研究OACSTPCD
Fingerprint Study of Psoralea Corylifolia by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
目的:利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立补骨脂药材的指纹图谱.方法:利用HPLC法,以Altima C18色谱柱作为分离柱；甲醇、水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,308 nm作为检测波长.结果:各个色谱峰相对于标准品补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的相对峰面积及相对保留时间的RSD均小于5％.结论:所建立的HPLC法指纹图谱稳定性、可重复性佳,可以用于补骨脂药材的质量控制.
Objective;Establish the fingerprint of Psoralea corylifolia by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods;Cany out the method for high performance liquid chromatography. Use Alltima C18 column as detached dowel and a mixture of methanol and water us mobile phase for gradient elution. As detector a spectrophotometer set at 308nm.
