高效液相色谱法测定银黄胶囊中黄芩苷的含量
Assay of Baicalin Content in Yinhuang Capsule by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Establish high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of Baicalin content in Yinhuang Capsule. Methods;llse Alltima Shim-pack VP-ODSC10 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) as detached dowel and a mixture of methanol and phosphoric acid(50 : 50) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL · min‐1. As detector a spectrophotometer set at 280nm. Results: Baicalin shows good linear correlation at 0.223 ～ 1.366 μg range. The regression equation is Y= 2.40 × 104 X +3. 132 × 106(r =0.999 9). The average recovery is 99. 88% and RSD is 0. 89% . Reproducibility RSD is 0. 3% . Conclusion:HPLC method for the determination of Baicalin content in Yinhuang Capsule is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.关键词
