平肝潜阳活血汤治疗中风风阳上扰证临床研究
Clinical Research of Pinggan Qianyang Huoxue Tang in the Treatment of Apoplexy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Pinggan qianyang huoxue tang in the treatment of apoplexy. Methods: 110 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random digits table and doctor order. 60 patients of treatment group were given Pinggan qianyang huoxuetang.50 cases of control group were given ligustrazine.cytidine diphosphate choline and intestines dissolving aspirin combined with low salt,low fat or low carbohydrates diet. Use dehydration,pressure release,blood fat release,carbohydrates re-lease and other basic therapeutics according to conditions. Results :The effective rate was 72.00% in the control group and 91.67% in the treatment group. The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Pinggan qianyang huoxuetang in the treatment of apoplexy has clinical curative effect,minor adverse reaction,good compliance and deserving further study.关键词
