外剥内扎皮桥潜行剥离术治疗环状混合痔临床研究
Clinical Research on External Cleavage and Internal Ligation Together with Skin Bridge Undermining Dissection for the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To investigate the clinical efficacy of external cleavage and internal ligation together with skin bridge undermining dissection for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:330 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were ran-domly divided into the treatment group of 180 cases and the control group of 150 cases. The treatment group was treated with external cleavage and internal ligation together with skin bridge undermining dissection while the control group was given traditional external cleavage and internal ligation to observe the postoperative recovery and complications. Results;The postoperative pain,edema,anal ste-nosis, residual skin tag and healing time of the treatment group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion: The external cleavage and internal ligation together with skin bridge undermining dissection shows good clinical efficacy, fewer complications and shortened thealing time.关键词
