On the Pathogenesis and Treatment of Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody-Associated Vasculitis from the Aspect of Internal Epidemic
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To explore the incidence and treatment of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody ( ANCA) associated vasculitis (AASV) from the aspect of internal epidemic. Methods; The incidence and treatment of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis (AASV) was described from the relevances of the body internal epidemic and miscellaneous epidemic factors, the body internal epidemic and the incidence of AASV as well as the body internal epidemic and treatment of AASV. Results;The deficien-cy of healthy qi was the direct cause that resulted in the pathogenesis of epidemic, and the occurrence of AASV could be attributed to the disharmony of the body's own miscellaneous epidemic factors. The treatment adopted the combination therapy of supporting the healthy qi and removing the toxic factors. The simultaneous treatment of reinforcing and purging could facilitate the formation of the joint force of changing the reversing qi into healthy qi in order to achieve the unity of the conflicts of using two treatment methods of support-ing the healthy qi and removing the toxic factors aiming at the pathogenesis. Conclusion: The discussion of the pathogenesis of internal epidemic of AASV offers the possibility to inherit and use of the theory of miscellaneous epidemic factors and etiology for the treatment of AASV in order to provide new ideas for the Chinese medicine treatment of AASV.关键词
