熟地强筋合剂的定性鉴别和含量测定
Qualitative Identification and Content Determination of Shudi Qiangjin Mixture
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To establish the methods for qualitative identification and content determination of Shudi Qiangjin Mixture. Meth-ods : Moutan cortex and Radix glycyrrhlaze were identified by thin layer chromatography ( TLC) and the content of Loganin in corni fruc-tus was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results: Moutan cortex and Radix glycyrrhlaze could be identified by TLC, which presented negativity without interference and had strong specificity. The linear range of loganin was 0.050 8-0. 304 8 μg(r =0.999 8) and had good linear relation. The average recovery rate was 98.2% ,RSD = 1.80% (n=6). Conclusion;This meth-od is simple,accurate and repeatable,which can be used in the quality control of Shudi Qiangjin Mixture.关键词
