摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the the slection of "Wheat" in Ganmai Dazao Decoction,a classic formula used by Zhang Zhongjing in treating Zangzao syndrome. Methods:Through the analysis of the related literature,the discussion was conducted from three areas of the textual research of wheat and light wheat Yinpian(herbal pieces prepared for decoction) ,the pathogenesis of indications and prescrip-tions principle of Ganmai Dazao Decoction. Results;Wheat and light wheat weree two different Yinpian of Chinese herbal medicine with different tastes, meridian tropism and efficacy; wheat was sapeiclized in nourishing the heart and replenishing the spleen, which was more appropriate for the pathogenesis of Zangzao syndrome indicated by Ganmai Dazao Decoction. Conclusion;The selection of wheat in Ganmai Dazao Decoction is more suitable than the light wheat,which is more proper for Zangzao syndrome,and more in line with the o-riginal intent of the Zhang Zhongjing's medication and prescription, so the use between them should be differentiated in clinic.
