木香顺气丸治疗恶性腹腔积液腹胀的临床研究

Abstract
Objective;To observe the curative effects of Muxiang Shunqi Pills in the treatment of abdominal distension of malignant sero-peritoneum. Methods:31 patients with malignant seroperitoneum were randomly divided into the treatment group(16 cases) and the con-trol group( 15 cases). The treatment group was given oral administration of Muxiang Shunqi Pills of 6g,three times a day for 2 weeks; the control group was given oral administration of Mosapride Citrate Tablets 5 mg,three times a day for 2 weeks. The improvement situa-tion of abdominal distension and the interval time of abdominal paracentesis drainage for two times in both groups were observed after treatment. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 75. 00% and 66. 67% respectively, and the difference had no statistical significance(P >0.05) ;The interval time of the treatment group and the control group was(9.63 ±3.05) days and(7.27 ±2.81) days respectively and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Muxiang Shunqi Pills has great curative effects on the treatment of abdominal distension of malignant seroperitoneum, and is worth applying extensively.关键词
