摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of quintuplet manipulation combined with acupuncture in treating cervical spondy-lotic radieulopathy and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 150 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(manipulation group) and control group( acupuncture group) for treatment with 75 patients in each group. The treatment group was given the treatment of quintuplet manipulation combined with acupuncture while the control group was given the treatment of acupuncture alone. The efficacy evaluation was conducted before and after treatment combined with the efficacy evaluation criteria. Results;The curative rate and ef-fective rates were 21. 3% and 86. 7% in the treatment group and the rates were 37. 3% and 93. 3% control group. The comparison of the effective rate of the two groups showed the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with manipulations can improve the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylotic radieulopathy and has a better therapeutic effect.关键词
