针刺泻血疗法加曲舍林治疗焦虑障碍临床研究
Clinical Study on Blood-Letting Puncture Therapy Combined with Drugs for the Treatment of Anxiety Disorders
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To investigate the efficacy of blood-letting puncture therapy combined with drugs for the treatment of anxiety disor-ders. Methods: 160 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given an oral administration of sertraline with daily doses of 20 mg while the treatment group,based on the above treatment, was additionally given acupuncture of Baihui, Fengchi, Sishencong, Taiyang, Yintang, Neiguan, Hegu and other acupoints, Acupuncture manipulations were mainly twirling,twisting,lifting and thrusting the retaining time of needles was 15 -30 min.once every other day. The two groups were given HAMA scale for assessment before the treatment and in the second week,forth week and sixth week after the treatment,and then they were analyzed statistically. Results:Compared with the control group,through the HAMA scale score,difference of the efficacy of the treatment group in the second week,forth week and sixth week was significant(p<0.01). Conclusion:The blood-letting puncture therapy has a good therapeutic effect in treating anxiety disorders.关键词
