Abstract
An electrochemical polarization method was employed lo investigate the corrosion behavior of the pipe body of a J55 steel by the electric resistance welding in simulated high salinity brine of Changqing's oil well water. The effects of the salinity and the pre-corrosion were examined. The results show that when the salinity was increased, the corrosion potential moved to the positive direction and the nonlinear correlation was observed between the corrosion rate and the salinity. The maximum corrosion rate was observed at the moderate salinity of 23.204 g/L . With the increase of the pre-corrosion time, polarization resistance was increased and there existed some resistance polarization. As a result, the corrosion rate decreased slightly.关键词
