摘要

Abstract

With the higher requirements to cold-formed steel function, the geometrical shape of section materials becomes more complex, and the pass design of rolling section is more and more difficult The design methods of relying on experiments and estimation can not meet engineering requirements. So the pass design difficulty to section steel is that how to construct stable numeration system. Based on spline finite strip theory, a new rolling procedure model was set up, which will supply theoretical basis for utilizing chain storage mode to establish Agent structure for deformation of cold formed steel each pass and transition area, realizing stress-strain description of intelligent single pass cold formed to achieve actual deformation course as much as possible, and deducing accurate pass design.
