摘要
Abstract
The epoxy coating was obtained by adopting cold spraying, and corrosion resistance performance was analyzed through weight loss method and SEM. The result showed that the weight of corrosion specimen increases at beginning and then decreases, impact angle and pressure affects coating obviously, weight loss is directly proportional to corrosion pressure; under the same angle, the bigger corrosion pressure ia, the bigger weight loss rating; under the same pressure, the weigh loss rating of acute angle is bigger than that of right angle; on the conditions of acute angle, the surface morphology of coating shows cutting-wear and impact crushing; on the conditions of right angle, the surface morphology of coating shows impact crushing , and the cracks obviously caused from stress releasing which exists on coating surface.关键词
