Abstract
Adopting spiral two-step welding process to conduct trial production of X100 steel pipe, studied the effect of yield strength of coil head, coil middle and tail to weld and HAZ toughness. Tack-welding used φ 2.4 mm welding wire to realize MAG welding with tiny wire and high current The final welding used three wires inside and two wires outside welding process, utilized high toughness welding wire and flux at high speed which were developed by Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. to manufacture φ 1 422 mm×l53 mm SAWH pipe successfully. The weld edge is in order, smooth, good deslag and eliminating saddle shape weld internal welding, each performance meet technical requirements of API SPEC 5L (44th edition) and X100 SAWH pipe.关键词
