甲苯在两相厌氧系统中降解及其抑制作用
Toluene degradation and its inhibition effect in two-stage anaerobic digestion system

Abstract
The two-stage anaerobic digestion process was introduced to treat wastewater containing toluene. With the increase of toluene concentration, the system still ran stably and efficiently. When the toluene concen- tration was lower than 20 rag/L, the COD removal efficiency and production of VFA in acidogenic stage were sig- nificantly inhibited and then recovered to the previous level after a period of domestication. When the toluene concentration was higher than 150 rag/L, the COD removal efficiency in methanogenie reactor was significantly inhibited and began to decline sharply. High concentration of toluene stimulated microbial macromolecules' pro- duction, so that substances of high molecular weight increased in effluent. The toluene was degraded up to 99% easily even though its concentration increased to 200 mg/L.关键词
