Abstract
Based on the analysis of characteristics of frequency and noise for trans-impedance ampli- fier （TIA） circuit, a multi-channel receive circuit is designed by using trans-impedance amplifier. Valida- ted by PSpice simulation and practical test, this circuit has characteristics of high band, impedance and signal to noise ration, and low infection among each channel, it meets the design requirement.关键词
