摘要

Abstract

The fastener flexibility is one of the important factors affecting the fatigue lives of aircraft structural joints. Using elastic-plastic finite element method(FEM) to perform simulation for the structure and simulate load-displacement relationship of fastener details under tension loading. By this way, the flexibility of the fas- tener is calculated, and compared with the result of the experiments. The comparison shows that the analytical results agree well with the experimental results. The analysis technique can be used to instruct the design and the experiment of mechanical joints.
