To adapted to the knowledge economy becoming the main background of economic development and based on the human resources development planning of Heilongjiang province, the quantity and quality of human resources was selected as index variable to construct the appropriate analysis model through the quantitative and qualitative analysis,and to put forward the corresponding suggestion to HRD in Heilongjiang province with the help of EviewsS.0 operation platform.关键词
