Selection Analysis of Logistics Distribution Mode of Fresh Agricultural Product of the Chain Supermarket
摘要
Abstract
Selecting suitable fresh agricultural products distribution mode was the key reducing logistics cost of the chain supermarket and improving logistics efficiency. According to the contradictory situation of the rapid development and the blind choice of logistics distribution mode of the chain supermarket fresh agricultural products, using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the research method to build the evaluation index system chain of fresh agricultural product of supermarket distribution model. AHP method was used to determine index weight, the defects of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was overcome to set up the evaluation matrix and comprehensive evaluation. 6 typical chain supermarkets were selected for empirical research to verify practical application of decision method and the specific analysis of various indicators evaluation scores obtained indicator causes and applicability of each kind of distribution mode.关键词
