Abstract
The Great Northern Wilderness group＇s human resources had distinct features of reclamation area and characteristics of the times,which was strong support of the group＇s rapid development in different periods. Based on the study of the Great Northern Wilderness human resources, the situation of the Great Northern Wilderness group＇s human resources at various times was analyzed and the philosophy of modern human resource management was determined, the measures of strategic talent resource advantage was put forward to promote the scientific development of the Great Northern Wilderness group.关键词
