重组干酪乳杆菌代谢产物抑菌效果的研究
Study on the Bacteriostasis Property of Recombinant Lactobacillus casei Metabolites
摘要
Abstract
The bacteriostasis of recombinant L.casei metabolites was studied.The oxford plate assay system was used to detect the bacteriostasis of the metabolites on E.coli and S.aureus under treatment of different pH values,heating,and pepsin.The results showed that the metabolites were active in pH 2.0~4.0,heat stable and constant with pepsin.Conclusion: the metabolites of recombinant L.casei had bacteriostasis effection on some pathogenic bacteria.关键词
