益气解毒方对癌前病变鼻咽黏膜超微病理组织的逆转效应
Intervention of Yiqi Jiedu decoction on ultrastructural pathological tissue form nasopharynx with precancerous lesion

Abstract
Objective To investigate ultrastructural changes of the nasopharynx and the intervening effect of Yiqi Jiedu formula decoction on the precancerous lesion among transgenic mice TgN (p53mt-LMPl)/HT.Methods 72 transgenic mice of TgN (p53mt-LMPl)/HT were randomly divided into 3 groups as follows: model group (MG),Yiqi Jiedu group (YG) and retinoic acid group (TG),24 mice in each group,and other 24 C57BL/6J mice were selected as the possi-tive control group(NG).N,N'-dim'trosopiperazine(DNP) was given to all the mice in a dose of 73mg/ kg each time,two times per week and lasted for 14 weeks.The pathological changes of nasopharynx were observed with HE staining and transmission electron microscope.Results The nasopharyn-geal epithelia hyperplasia was obvious in MG and some plasma membrane had the structure of pseudopodium,and some mitochondria was deformation or was of bubble structure.YG,TG and NG only had slightly hyperplasia.Conclusion There is relation between the morphological changes of mitochondria and precancerous lesion in nasopharynx.The development of precancerous lesion in nasopharynx may be reversed by Yiqi Jiedu formula decoction.关键词
