不同产地白芍HPLC指纹图谱及芍药苷和芍药内酯苷含量的比较研究
Comparative study of HPLC fingerprints and Paeoniflorin and Albiflorin contents in Paeoniae Radix Alba from different regions
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints method and compare the main chemical constituents of Paeoniae Radix Alba from Hunan,Anhui and Zhejiang.Methods The fingerprints of 11 Paeoniae Radix Alba samples from different regions are analyzed by HPLC method.The contents of main chemical constituents such as Paeoniflorin and Albiflorin were analyzed.Results The established method is of good precision,stability and reproducibiliry.The fingerprints of the 11 samples of Paeoniae Radix Alba share 8 same peaks.Conclusion The established method in this study on fingerprints of Paeoniae radix Alba in qualitatively and content of Paeoniflorin and Albiflorin in quantitatively has provided a more comprehensive means for the quality control of Paeoniae Radix Alba.关键词
