单面针茎中苯丙素类化学成分研究
Study on phenylpropanoids constitunents in stem of Zanthoxylum dissitum
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the chemical constitunents in stem of Zanthoxylum dissitum.Methods Silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization were applied for the isolation and purification of the constituents.The structures were elucidated by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS and their physicochemical properties.Results From the crude ethyl alcohol fraction of the steins of Zanthoxylum dissitum,6 compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol(l),vanillinβ,epis-esamin (3),(-)pluviatilol-γ,γ-dimethyallyl ether(4),fargesin(5),(-)eudesmin (6).Conclusion Compounds 2-6 were isolated and identified from the steins of Zanthoxylum dissitum for the first time.关键词
