Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Shoutai granule combined with interferon-α2b on chronic hepatitis B.Methods 60 patients with HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with alpha-2b interferon (Anfulong)5 Mu,subcutaneous injection,once every other day,and in treatment group with alpha-2b interferon combined with Jiawei Shoutai granule (10 g/time,3 times/day),6 months a treatment course.Results HBeAg seroconver-sion rate was 60% and HBV-DNA negative rate was 76.7% in treatment group and HBeAg sero-conversion rate was 33.3%,HBV-DNA negative rate was 43.3% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Shoutai granule combined with alpha-2b interferon can significantly enhance the treatment effect for HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B.关键词
