滋阴清热法治疗男性不育症的临床观察
Clinical effects of nourishing Yin and clearing heat methods on male infertility

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of nourishing Yin and clearing heat methods on male infertility with deficiency of Yin and damp-heat syndrome. Methods 60 male infertility patients with TCM deficiency of Yin and damp-heat syndrome were treated with nourishing Yin and clearing heat methods as the treatment group. 56 patients were treated with Western Medicine as the control group. Before and after treatments, comparative study between 2 groups was conducted on the indexes of semen liquefaction efficacy, sperm motility, normal sperm morphology rate, chronic prostatitis NIH-CPSI score, seminal plasma IL-6 and TNF-α. Results The treatment group had better therapeutic efficacy in semen nonliquefaction disease than the control group (P<0.01). After treatments, sperm motility and normal sperm morphology rate were improved significantly in treatment group and the efficacy was higher than that of the control group (P<0.001). Compared with control group, seminal plasma IL-6 and TNF-a contents were significantly lower in treatment group after treatments; there were significant statistic differences (P <0.001). Compared with control group, chronic prostatitis NIH-CPSI score was significantly reduced in treatment group after treatments; there were significant statistic differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Nourishing Yin and clearing heat methods can promote semen liquefaction, increase sperm motility, adjust the cytokine functions, reduce inflammation and promote prostate secretion.关键词
