药线植入治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of medicated thread implantation on senile osteoporosis. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in treatment group were treated with medicated thread implantation, once per 2 weeks, and its clinical efficacy was evaluated after 3 months. 50 patients in control group were treated with the traditional acupuncture once a day, 10 days a treatment course, and its clinical efficacy was evaluated after 3 courses. The pain score and bone density were observed before and after treatments. Results The pain score and bone density (measured by the method of BUA) in treatment group was better than the data of control group. There were significant differences between 2 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The medicated thread implantation method is superior to the traditional acupuncture. The medicated thread implantation is effective in treating senile osteoporosis.关键词
