The Economic Condition to Democracy
摘要
Abstract
The economic condition will sooner or later create the subjective condition （the desire and action of the multitude to democracy）, social condition （civil society）, cultural condition （civil civilization） and political condition （the freedom of speech, association and party building） which is advantageous to realize democracy. This is why the economic modernization is on the one hand not the crucial factor to democracy, but on the other hand will inevitably lead to it. As far as the economic modernization itself is concerned, it is not necessary to democracy; but in view of the whole subjective con- dition it will create, we can say that the economic modernization will inevitably lead to democracy.关键词
