A Review of Chinese Scholarship on Morrison＇s Beloved
摘要
Abstract
Toni Morrison＇s masterpiece Beloved （1987） has been favored by Chinese scholars in the studies of American ethnic literature. This paper attempts a review of Chinese scholarship （ 1990 - 2011 ） on Beloved, aiming to outline the characteristics as well as problems in the academic research by Chinese scholars. The review is mainly composed of three parts concerning the characterization, themes and artistic forms of the novel.关键词
