Design of reconfigurable CNC systems based on ARM+DSP+FPGA
摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the PC-based CNC(computer numerical control) system and the present embedded CNC system′s limitations,a reconfigurable CNC system with embedded industrial Ethernet function was designed,which combined the functional requirements of the opening numerical control system.The system was improved from the traditional embedded system architecture which was based on the ARM+DSP+FPGA architecture,and expanded the industrial Ethernet function module.Then,the system hardware platform was built,and the components of the system hardware and the implementation of system software were introduced.The central numerical control unit of the system is no longer a general-purposed single CPU system,but an embedded multi-CPU system.The system not only has high computation capacity,flexible architecture,low cost,and high versatility,but also is combinable,easily extendable,scalable,and open-ended,etc.关键词
